Responsibilities:
Operate slitter machines to cut and slit materials according to specifications and customer requirements Set up and adjust slitting blades, feed rolls, and other machine components Monitor machine operations to ensure proper cutting, feeding, and alignment of materials Inspect materials for quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or issues in a timely manner Perform regular maintenance on the slitter machines to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Record production data, including quantities, specifications, and any deviations or issues encountered Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating slitter machines in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine settings and adjustments Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks If you are enthusiastic about joining our dynamic team and contributing to our continued growth, please submit your application today.
