Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company.
This position is responsible for communicating with our customers, our employees and our internal operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Interact with customers by phone, email and in person Handle customer service issues in a professional manner Effectively communicate with production team to ensure a positive customer experience Establish and maintain relationships with production staff to facilitate the success of the company Manage the flow of communication between production team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction Identify customer needs when dealing with new or existing customers Continuously improve through feedback to create a more efficient and effective service program Adhere to company policies and procedures Maintain a high level of professionalism in a workplace that is fast paced and sensitive to customer concerns Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields.
Familiarity with industry standard practices.
(EPA, OSHA, HIPAA) Ability to handle critical information in a professional manner.
Ability to recognize when problems have been solved and continue to search for new solutions.
